How do I set up spam blocker for my Email?

Please login to the dreamersi administrator page. Go to "spam filter", "Activate your spam filter" and select "yes."

I'm unable to send an Email to a specific recipient. Why is this happening?

First, check the Email address of the recipient. Often times it is mistyped.

I could not find an Email in my inbox.

If you are using the spam filter feature that comes with dreamersi.net, sometimes Emails will be caught in your spam folder. If this is the case, please check the list for the recovery from dreamersi.net administrator window. Or, the Email will be delivered to your Junk Email folder in Outlook.

How do I create a signature and include it in a new Email?

To create a signature go to [Tools] - [Options] - [Mail Format]. You will see the [Signature] button, click [Signature] button, and click [New] in order to create a new signature. To include it in a new Email go to [Tools] - [Options] - [Mail Format]. You will see the [Signature] paragraph at the bottom, choose the signature in the drop down menu that you would like included in new messages, replies and forwards.

I'm unable to connect to the Internet using my wireless connection.

First, unplug the power cable for the wireless access point, wait 15 seconds and plug it back in. If the problem still persists, try restarting your computer. If you are still having trouble access the Internet there may be a problem with the internet connection (High speed internet) or other network device. Please contact us at 425-957-0808.

Troubleshooting when you cannot send or receive Email.

Answer :

Check to see if your Email settings are correct: Email address, User Name, password, Authentication option.
If you are unable to send make sure you select "My outgoing server requires authentication" while using same setting as incoming server.
If this doesn't fix the problem, you need to change SMTP port number to 587 from 25. This will allow you to access our outgoing server even though your internet service provider blocks from accessing a 3rd party server.
If you are unable to receive or send and receive, disable Windows Firewall (including anti-virus), and anti-virus software for now. Click Send/Receive button. If you still can't receive Email messages go to #4.
Check if your computer has connection to our mail server by:
1. Click start, select run, enter CMD then ENTER
2. Enter the following and then ENTER again:
  - Telnet 216.230.241.201 110
  - If you receive message saying "+OK POP3 server ready", you now have connection to POP server.
  - Telnet 216.230.241.195 25
  If you receive message saying "220 din-smtpout dreamersi.net ESMTP" you have connection to SMTP server.
3. If you don't have any of these connections, make sure you have turned off the firewall and any anti-virus programs and try it again.
4. Close Outlook and open it again then click Send/rReceive.
5. Restart your computer.
6. If these steps do not fix the problem, please contact PSP.
