Contact Page allows you to create a page with a contact form included.
1. Input the page title (required), phone number, fax number, address, email, form email recipient (required) and form subject as need.
Important Point: If the email address field is not showing, click the ‘Add Email Address’ button below the phone number field.
2. Choose ‘Include’ for fields you wish to have on the form, and ‘Required’ for fields that must be filled out. Selecting ‘Required’ will automatically include it.
3. Click 'Save'
